GenZee Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Scoreboard app for personal, non-commercial scorekeeping during sports, table games, and recreational competitions.
All software code, graphic user interfaces, brand trademarks, original icons, and app materials are the exclusive intellectual property of GenZee Apps. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or distributing unauthorized copies is strictly prohibited.
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GenZee Apps does not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenZee Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
