GenZee Apps ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Scoreboard – Score Counter mobile application (Package ID: com.genzee.scoreboard). This Privacy Policy explains how user privacy is protected when using our application.

1. Zero External Data Collection Architecture

GenZee Scoreboard does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external cloud servers or databases. Our application operates on a privacy-first, on-device architecture. All user configurations — including custom player names, scores, profile pictures, color swatches, and game preferences — are saved strictly on your local device memory using Android SharedPreferences.

2. Detailed Permission Declarations

  • Camera & Media Gallery Permission: If you elect to customize a player avatar using a real photograph, the app requests camera or gallery access. All image processing occurs strictly on your local physical device. Photos are never uploaded, analyzed on cloud servers, or transmitted off your device.
  • Audio & Text-To-Speech (TTS): The app uses Android's native Text-To-Speech engine to announce scores during game play. Voice announcements are rendered locally; no microphone audio is recorded, processed, or saved.

3. Advertising & Analytics SDKs

The app incorporates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic parameters, network state, and mobile advertising IDs (GAID) to serve relevant ads adhering strictly to Google's Privacy Policies.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Our application is designed for general family and sporting use. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or store personal data from children under the age of 13.
